Return Policy

Returns for new (OEM branded) toner cartridges, inkjet cartridges, and printing equipment will only be accepted for defective items, or items sent to you by error on our part. Returns must be requested within 30 days of the invoice date. After 30 days, the manufacturer's warranty applies and we can assist you in contacting the manufacturer for warranty service. All returns must have an RMA number clearly displayed on the packaging. RMA numbers can be requested by calling 1-800-727-1151 or by emailing service@laser-cartridge.com. In some cases, non-defective returns may be accepted subject to a minimum 15% restocking fee. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable in any case, and Laser Cartridge Service will not cover return shipping costs, unless we made the initial shipping error.

Returns for compatible or remanufactured toner cartridges and compatible or remanufactured inkjet cartridges will be accepted for defective items for a period of 6 months (180 days) from the invoice date. Returns must have an RMA number displayed on the packaging. RMA numbers can be requested by calling 1-800-727-1151 or by emailing service@laser-cartridge.com. Defective items, which have had less than 10% of their usable capacity used will be replaced with a full item. Defective items, which have had more than 10% of their usable capacity used will be refunded a prorated amount, based on usage. We feature a less than 2% defect rate on our compatible products, and reserve the right to refuse refunds/exchanges to customers who abuse our return policy.
